Will Campbell-Wroe
Chief Executive
Will has 20 years’ experience as an executive in the social housing and charitable sectors. He was Director of Care and Welfare at Royal British Legion Industries for 4 years, supporting vulnerable veterans into independent living, and prior to that was Director of Communities at West Kent Housing Association for 10 years.
Will is passionate and highly focussed on supporting residents to be active members of their community, ensuring organisations are evidence led in designing support to enable residents to live long, healthy and independent lives using a housing first approach in understanding and tackling wider support needs.
Sarah Berzon
Director of Governance and Improvement
Sarah Berzon is a strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in operations, quality assurance, and organisational development. Specialising in governance and continuous improvement, Sarah has successfully led organisations through key certifications, including Investors in People and Customer First, reflecting a strong commitment to employee development, customer service, and operational excellence.
Claire Bendall
Director of Tenant Engagement and Support
Claire joined Stoll in 2017, leading Support across our sites. Claire has over 40 years’ experience in the health and social care sector, mainly working within adult social care in local authorities. Her experience includes resettlement, outreach, day opportunities, re-ablement, extra care, supported living and residential care. Throughout her career, Claire has focused on supporting people with a range of needs to remain in their own homes, be part of their local communities, stay safe and well, while being as independent as possible.
Marjorie Hylton
Director of Finance and Business Services
Marjorie has been at Stoll since September 2022. She is a qualified accountant and has Practitioner level qualifications in both Change Management and Project Management (PRINCE2). She comes with several years’ financial management experience across the private, public, NHS and charity sectors. Her focus has been on setting up systems to produce statutory reporting, reducing manual inputting, and building partnerships between teams. A strategic thinker, Marjorie is also a hands-on participative manager, and leads and develops operational teams, encouraging and embedding cross-team functionality.
Beverley Russell
Director of Supporter Engagement
Beverley joined Stoll in 2015 and brings nearly 30 years of fundraising and communications experience in the charity sector, working for both national and regional organisations. Beverley has a track record of leading fundraising and communications teams to success as well as personal success in securing large donations and building partnerships. Whilst at Stoll she has project managed the successful ‘No Homeless Veterans Campaign’ working across England and Wales to highlight the issues of veterans’ homelessness. Beverley plays a significant role in the Executive Team leading on income generation and communications.
Aysha Holbrook
Director of Tenancy Services
Aysha joined Stoll in early 2024 and brings nearly two decades of experience in property management in the social and private housing sectors. Aysha has a track-record in successful resolution, improving performance, processes and systems, alongside delivering excellent customer service by way of collaboration. Previous successes include industry recognition for her leadership efforts in championing inclusion and diversity and employee engagement to achieve the best outcomes. Aysha plays a significant role in our Executive Team, leading on procurement and contracts, maintenance and repairs.
