Complaints

We take complaints seriously and strive to resolve them quickly and fairly. If you have a complaint, please provide as much detail as possible so we can address the issue effectively.  You can complete the feedback form or contact us via telephone, email or letter.

Our commitment

Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.

Resolution: We aim to resolve complaints within 10 working days. If it takes longer, we will keep you informed of the progress.

Confidentiality: Your feedback will be handled confidentially and only shared with relevant staff.
