Become a corporate partner

There are various ways your company can work with Stoll to aid us in housing and helping vulnerable veterans. Our priority is creating mutually beneficial partnerships that help you achieve your corporate and social responsibility goals while engaging staff or customers and raising your brand profile.

Here are just some of the elements of a corporate partnership we’d be happy to explore with you in developing a bespoke arrangement.

Project sponsorship

Directly sponsoring Stoll’s work can provide great public relations opportunities for your company and the alignment of your brand with Stoll can raise your profile with the general public and specific audiences. Sponsorship opportunities include:

  • Delivery of a comprehensive Health and Wellbeing service
  • Provision of training to help veterans back into work and independence
  • Support for veterans who are dealing with addiction issues
  • Stoll’s Veterans’ Nomination Scheme – a project helping homeless veterans across the UK access social housing
  • Home starter packs for veterans when they move into a Stoll home, providing all the basic necessities
  • IT equipment allowing veterans to access the internet and online learning tools

Gifts in kind and pro-bono work

Some companies choose to support our work with the donation of goods or services, allowing us to save vital funds and do more for the veteran community. Gifts in kind are a great way for your company to use your assets and professional skills. From offering free professional services to helping us decorate a veteran’s new home to providing mentoring and professional skills to enable veterans to get into the workplace.

Corporate volunteering

Corporate volunteering is often a key part of an organisation’s Corporate Social Responsibility strategy and goals. Stoll can offer skilled and unskilled volunteering opportunities that will help unite your staff behind a charitable cause, while giving them first-hand experience of how our work makes a tangible difference to veterans.

Skilled volunteering could include your staff using their knowledge to teach our beneficiaries new skills or providing our staff with valuable guidance. Additionally we can facilitate unskilled volunteering with individuals or groups helping us with projects such as cleaning and redecorating a home for a vulnerable veteran.

Employee fundraising

There are many ways we can support your employees’ involvement, through fundraising. From sporting challenges to bake sales and dress down days, we’ll help them plan fun and effective activities, enabling them to bond as a team while supporting our vital work with veterans.

With places in events such as Ride London, London Marathon and the Vitality 10k your company can enter an individual or a team to boost your profile while raising funds for Stoll. We’ll work with you to support your team and promote the generosity of your company.

Payroll giving

Also known as Give As You Earn (GAYE), this is an extremely flexible way for staff to support Stoll. Donations are acquired through individuals’ salaries. These are deducted before tax, making this initiative a tax-efficient way to donate. Staff can give as little or as much as they wish, allowing them to engage with our charity on a regular basis. Offering payroll giving allows your staff to make a positive contribution outside the workplace. Contact us to discuss how easy it is to set up a payroll giving scheme.

Company and staff functions

Most companies have events throughout the year, to either entertain customers and suppliers or to bring staff together. Why not add a charitable element to this with a silent auction or charity casino? We can provide support and potentially staff on the night to highlight to your audience the support your company has given to Stoll.
